FORESTRY COMMISSION WILDLIFE DIVISION
This department’s core mandate is to conserve and protect the wildlife in Ghana. Additionally, this division manages and maintains the protected wildlife areas in the representative ecological zones of the country. The wildlife division will manage the wildlife that is brought into the Monkey Sanctuary and safari-themed park The wildlife division will be able to have first-hand access to ensure the safety of the wildlife within the park.


GHANA REVENUE AUTHORITY
Customers and clients will have to purchase tickets to access most of the facilities and attractions. Customers outside of Takoradi and even Ghana will need to purchase plane or bus tickets to venture to Takoradi to access the park. As well as, the taxes being collected from the available activities. Ghana Revenue Authority will be able to acquire more revenue from the increase in tourism. Revenue will also be acquirable from the businesses and restaurants through the heavy inflows of revenue in Takoradi.
GHANA TOURISM AUTHORITY
The Trinity Park project aligns with the Ghana Tourism Authority’s mission, which is to promote Ghana as a whole. This will also help the Ghana Tourism Authority perform its job. The park will also allow them to add the park to the sites that tourists can have access to.


WESTERN REGION COORDINATION COUNCIL
Trinity Park is meant to be a means of creating more tourism in Takoradi and improving its performance in terms of tourism. Through Trinity Park, the Western region coordination council will be able to ensure that there is overall development and activity occurring in Takoradi. As well as, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of services delivered by the Park.
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING DEPARTMENT
The Town and Country Planning department aims to promote sustainable human
settlements development based on principles of efficiency, orderliness, safety, and
health growth of communities. Although, through Trinity Park, there will be heavy flows of tourism in Takoradi, the Town and Country Planning Department will maintain order and efficiency in Takoradi and its on-going activities.


DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND GARDENS
Part of the variety of attractions within Trinity Park is the Flower Garden. This department exists to maintain the beauty of Ghana’s landscapes and sceneries, hence this project will give the department the opportunity to contribute to the development and maintenance of the flower garden, which will attract and create more inflow of tourists to be able to experience the garden’s beauty.
SEKONDI – TAKORADI METROPOLITAN ASSEMBLY
The Sekondi – Takoradi Metropolitan Assembly (STMA) seeks to improve the living conditions in the Metropolis through the provision of sustainable socio-economic development and Good Governance that is responsive to the needs of the people.
Through tourism, Trinity Park will bring into Takoradi more businesses and companies that will be patronized by tourists, as well as accommodation providers such as hotels, apartment buildings, and real estate development companies. This will allow companies and businesses to accumulate more revenue, which leads to the improvement of living standards.


ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY
The EPA’s primary goal is to protect human health and the environment. By enforcing regulations and promoting sustainable practices, the EPA helps preserve natural resources and ecosystems that are essential for tourism. A healthy environment is a crucial asset for attracting tourists who seek natural beauty and outdoor experiences. Trinity Park’s collaboration with the EPA is important to ensure that environmental protection is prioritized in all aspects of the development of new tourism projects.
HYDROLOGICAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT
The Hydrological Services Department is responsible for the programming and co-ordination of coastal protection works, construction and maintenance of storm drains countrywide, and the monitoring and evaluation of surface water bodies in respect of floods. The HSD will be in charge of the maintenance and treatment of the water used in the waterpark of Trinity Park. They will ensure continuous cleanliness of the water flown through the park facilities and control the quantity of water used, to prevent flooding in the area.
